The Perfect Blend Of Legal Skill,
Knowledge And Practical Advice

Alcozer, Riley

Riley Alcozer, formerly Riley Brown, is an attorney at Brink Bennett. Her areas of focus include estate planning, business planning, legacy planning, estate administration, probate, and fiduciary litigation.

Riley is passionate about empowering her clients by educating them on all available avenues to help them make an informed and wise decision to best suit their assets. Riley’s prior litigation experience helps her counsel clients to ensure all scenarios are considered in order to avoid litigation longer term. In addition, with probate matters, Riley is willing to advocate for her clients even if the end result is ultimately litigation or mediation.

Riley graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. While at UT, she participated in numerous pro bono opportunities, including the children’s rights clinic— where she advocated for children in the foster care system. Before UT Law, Riley obtained a degree with honors from the University of Texas in Government, with a minor in business.

Outside of work, Riley is a fierce non-profit advocate. While in college, she started a nonprofit called Mount Nebo (www.mountneboaustin.com). Riley still serves on the board of directors of Mount Nebo and stays actively involved in the foster care world.

An Austin born "unicorn," Riley spends her free-time hiking in the Hill Country, taking pictures of her mini Australian labradoodles at the park, trying the best spots to eat around Austin with her husband Seth, planning trips all around and fostering kids.
